Eleanor Riches is a women's health advocate, researcher, and writer whose work focuses on menstrual and reproductive health literacy. With a BA in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and an MSc in Women's Health from University College London, she brings both social science expertise and medical knowledge to her analysis of women's health issues.

Her research on reproductive autonomy has been published in the British Medical Journal: Sexual & Reproductive Health. Riches has contributed to numerous initiatives in the women's health space, including serving as an Advocacy Assistant for period poverty charity Irise International and conducting research for FemTech startup The Lowdown on contraceptive access across Europe and the US.

As a freelance writer and market researcher, she specializes in translating complex medical information into accessible content, with a particular focus on using storytelling to break down stigma around women's health topics. Her work is informed by both her academic background and her commitment to patient advocacy.

When not working to advance women's health education and body literacy, Eleanor can be found exploring the mountains of New Zealand, where she currently resides.
